WATCH stands for Wayne Action Teams for Community Health.
The mission of WATCH is to provide a medical home with quality primary and acute health care to the uninsured of Wayne County.
WATCH is a free health care clinic with three locations:

CAMPUS CLINIC AT WAYNE UNC HEALTHCARE

-travels to predetermined locations in Wayne County each month.
-Open Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
-Locations available upon request

CAMPUS CLINIC
2700 Wayne Memorial Drive
Goldsboro, NC
-Located behind the UNC Health Wayne Emergency Department
-Open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
-Fridays for walk-ins and lab work, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Any resident of Wayne County, NC that does not have health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, V.A. coverage, or Social Security Disability.

Bring to your appointment:
1) Proof of residency in Wayne County
2) All of your current medications
3) A list of your medical history
4) Photo ID
Walk-in appointments for established sick patients are available at the mobile unit and campus clinic.
Walk-in hours are first thing in the morning and are on a first come, first served basis.
Each WATCH clinic is run by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
The Volunteer Medical Director is Clark Gaither, MD
Volunteer physicians provide specialty clinics at specified dates and times
• Primary health care
• Chronic disease management
• Health education
• Referrals to specialists as appropriate
• Laboratory tests and analysis
• Diabetes management education
• Medication Assistance Program
• Health care providers who care
• Limited on-site Pharmacy Services
• Chronic diseases like:
Diabetes
Hypertension
High cholesterol
Acid reflux disease
Asthma
COPD
• Acute illnesses like:
Sinus infections
Bronchitis
Anemia
Urinary tract infections
Injuries
